Raw Material Sourcing Planning

Each year, agricultural production is planned in line with the factory’s production schedule. Contract Farming agreements are signed with individual farmers, covering all relevant details such as the quality, quantity, and delivery conditions of agricultural products.

Within this framework, preference is given to farmers whose cultivation areas are located closest to the factory. In accordance with the existing raw material supplier evaluation system, reliable farmers are selected for contract farming. Cultivation areas and field sizes are determined by taking into consideration harvest periods, production plans, and the factory’s production capacity.

Technical Support, Training & Farmer Supervision

Within the scope of our Contract Farming system, our technical team and agricultural engineers provide farmers with training and all necessary technical support. From planting through to harvest, farmers receive continuous technical guidance and supervision throughout every stage of crop development, with all processes systematically documented. A significant proportion of agricultural inputs is supplied to farmers by the company, helping to ensure the quality and required volume of raw materials prior to harvest. Periodic inspections are carried out throughout the key stages of production, including seedling preparation, planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting. Where necessary, timely corrective and preventive actions are implemented to maintain the required agricultural and quality standards. Sustainable agricultural production is considered a fundamental priority throughout all of our farming activities.

Pre-Harvest Raw Material Assessments

Prior to harvest, samples are collected from each field and orchard to determine the optimal harvest time and verify raw material quality. Following the required analyses, fields and orchards that meet the established quality criteria are approved and included in the harvest schedule.

This process ensures that the quality of raw materials is assessed and controlled directly at the source, before they are transported to our production facility.

Sustainable Agriculture

All agricultural practices are carried out in sustainable cooperation with farmers.

Our priority is to protect the ecological balance and to produce in harmony with nature, without harming it. This cooperation is built on protecting soil, water and climate.
